The Marina Lakes Clubhouse (or the main clubhouse) houses the Property Management Office, the Library and a Conference Room on the first floor.  The Conference Room may be reserved on the website. The room is ideal for business meetings or study/work groups and may be reserved for no longer than 2 hours at a time.

The Fitness Center and Yoga Room are located on the second floor of the clubhouse.

The Bayside Clubhouse (located opposite the Bayside Gate) houses the Game Room, a Committee Meeting Room, and space available for event rentals.

The Bayside Clubhouse rental space is perfect for private events such as bridal showers, birthday parties, or group meetings.  The available space is broken into two connecting rooms: Rentals of the clubhouse does not include usage of the pool.

Sitting Room – has a sectional couch and two chairs around a coffee table, which can easily accommodate 10-12 people.

Dining Room – has two large tables and eight dining chairs along with a sitting area for three.

The maximum capacity for both rooms is 40 persons.

The space comes with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink and plenty of counter space.

If you would like to rent the space for an event, please fill out the Clubhouse Rental Contract and return it to the Property Management office.  The resident renting the clubhouse space must be present during the entire event.
